Anxiety is hell-- stygian is anxiety
Unrequited love bites a chunk out of my heart
PLanes' white streams make kites self-conscious
Racism, sexism, phobias, violence, injustice
(i see it) shrivel-dying, dead, dead
Breath
Long hair streams
Women are beautiful
Equal opportunity loving, today-tomorrow, always
Realism can stem from the roots of ideas, ideals
Ameican values need to be shaken like moracos, rattled like riddles
Screaming, running exertion, expression remains
not only necessary but salubrious
Man made things always require repair, update
Nature lasts, self heals
Survival over competition
Singing, dancing, art-ing engenders loveing
Use both brains
Have a life yur heart beats for
Technology skewed like an ill screwed screw
throwing up over putrid placement
Long distance friendships, families, lovers ... aghh-aches
hurts like seething sunburn
Self examination... crucial
Mindfulness ! Mindfulness ! Mindfulness !
Loneliness feels like an old toy dropped for a new one
Human beings humble, repsect, seek to understand and
if possible, (please) love yurself, ourselves, one anothr
Appreciate salud (well being-health)
Watch less t.v.
Drink more water, not in bottles... and less
bubbly, spike bevruhgiz (duh, dump da fizz)
Walk more
Listen truer
Be real and take it easy
Persersevere, Persevere ! with courage, joy, humility, and wisdom
Care for yourself
Remember non attachment when you feel like yur half of a shell's
clamped down on some thing/one other half of a shell
Let the way the sun makes diamonds on the water
imbue yur heart, mind, soul
Creativity always respires, never expires
Insert vibrancy and truth into life, like a daily vitamin (mom's minding), shower (boyfriends biding)
or... walk (well by-ing)
